Born June, 1948.
After graduating from Nippon Dental University,
serves residency at Jikei University Hospital's Department of Dentistry.
After period of residency, moves to San Francisco, California between 1978 and 1981.

While residing abroad, researches aesthetic dentistry.
Upon returning to Japan in 1983, opens private practice in Shibuya.
Renames practice to Kazumi Kay Dental Clinic and relocates to Minami Aoyama in 2001.
Dr. Kubo began offering teeth whitening in 1984,
and offered seminars to dentists throughout Japan interested in aesthetic dentistry.
In 2004, introduced Dental Face Lift treatment (copyright pending).
Currently, Dr. Kubo offers seminars in this new form of treatment throughout Japan.
